Shannon Bloom CPA, CFE is originally from a small town in North Carolina. During her 11-year tenure with the United States Air Force, Shannon’s accounting career took her to accounting offices at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom; Los Angeles Air Force Base, California; Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling, Washington DC; Yokota Air Base, Japan; and finally, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida.​

Since leaving the Department of Defense (DOD), she has worked in corporate and small business accounting, including small business federal contracts.​

With a background in fraud prevention and internal controls, Shannon earned the COSO Internal Controls Certification in 2018 and became a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) in 2020.​

Shannon has called Brevard County her home since 2012. Shortly after her arrival, Shannon met her husband, Erik. The small business atmosphere and rich community made it the perfect place for Shannon’s life and career.
